For community theaters
Built for the volunteer with the key
No staff, a season to fill, and a board that wants to know the cost. Plan the whole year in one sitting.

Plan your year
Pick a show for each slot. We will total up what your company will need.
A planning tool. Nothing is saved or sent.
Who it takes
A theater is a lot of people
Almost nobody here is paid. Every one of them is the reason the curtain rises.
The accidental building manager
Opens the building first, locks it last, and knows which breaker trips when the space heater and the coffee maker run together.
The set builders
A Saturday, a borrowed truck, a pile of lumber, and one person who says “I think I can build that.” They can.
The regulars
The ones who have been in every show since the nineties and still get nervous in the wings. They are the heart of the company.
