What we collect, and why

Last updated October 31, 2026.

Ghostlight Theatricals is a play licensing company based in Indiana. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

We do not take card payments on this site. Licenses are invoiced separately.

What your browser does

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you to other sites. Each form runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check to stop spam, and the page loads its fonts from Google. These services receive technical details such as your IP address when that happens.

Why we use it

We do not sell your information.

Who helps us run this

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep licensing and business records for as long as we need them for our records and taxes. We keep other messages until we no longer need them, or until you ask us to delete them. Deleted information can remain in our backups for up to 26 weeks, until those copies age out.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. We may need to keep some records for legal or business reasons.

Children

This site is for theaters, schools and the adults who work with them. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
